How does group buying work?

Essentially you and up to 3 of your friends are sharing a whole cow.

This could be:
4 x mixed quarter
2 x side of beef
1 x side of beef + 2 x mixed quarter
The total of the order MUST equal to one whole cow for us to be able to ship to South Australia (Adelaide).

As the Family #1, you are paying the deposit.
This will be deducted from the final amount for your portion (side or quarter).

The final cost for each family, is calculated from the hanging weight of the animal at $17/kg.
+ $100 shipping fee* divided accordingly (eg, quarter +$25, side +$50)

The final amounts are due one week before shipping.
(less any deposit allocated to you, plus your portion of the shipping)
All families must pay their orders in full, before meat can be shipped.

Please indicate who opts for the offal and fat.
(We are unable to divide offal / fat)
Feel free to share and divide after receiving.

NOTES:
If selecting a side of beef, you will be asked to complete a cut sheet.
Our mixed quarters are standardised (and do not include sausages).
